ABSTRACT

In this article, Jorge Dias studied the possibility of find an Applied Philosophy in the thought of Julián Marías. In the investigation, Jorge Dias found some elements, that supports an important contribute of Julián Marías, concerning the elaboration of an happiness method.

Jorge Dias states his point of view in a consideration that Philosopher thinks in a concrete situation. That’s why it’s necessary to put in schema the situation of the person and to describe the structure of the human life.

According to Jorge Dias, the Theory of Julián Marías about Happiness permits nowadays the construction of a conceptual system and a basis to the work of the Philosophical Counsellor.
