To be a good Philosophical Counselor, you need to do a specialized course in the University or in the Professional Association of your country. It is required 3 years of graduation in general Philosophy.
After the Certification process, you must be member of the Professional Association in your country.
In this kind ok work, the most important is your curriculum - that's the best way to evaluate the quality of a Philosophical Counselor.
After some years of experience, you need to theorize your way of counsling people and/or organizations. In your Theory, you must present the fundament of your practice, your method(s), techniques, competencies, etc.
